Site Work
Sitework is the process of preparing your construction site for your new foundation and dream home to be built.
The main goal is to make the area safe, stable, neat, and clean. So how do we do this? Once a client has reached out to us, Jesse works with an engineer who creates the plan. From there, Jesse can create an accurate proposal.
Since every plan is unique, they all take a different amount of time for Helger Bros to complete, but Jesse will give you an estimated timeline. Each plan includes a full description and blue print, as well as the pricing which varies from job to job.
Foundations |
Provides stability to the structure by connecting it to the ground which disperses the load. The size of the structure determines the foundation. |
Garages |
Similar to a normal foundation, the make up of a garage is determined by what you plan to place on top of it as well as the ground conditions. |
Commercial Buildings |
Commercial buildings require different types of foundations then residential because the structure is often times much larger. The most common being: Piles and Monolithic Slab with Grade Footing. |
Misc. |
We also offer other kinda of site work apart from foundations. If you need a hole dug out, our excavation team can do it. |
